The clinician and business agree the professional fee and payment deadline directly. Santeaim does not set or negotiate those terms; it supports invoicing and facilitates payment through Stripe. Payment within 30 days is not automatic: review the contract before accepting an engagement, whether using Santeaim templates or the business's own contract.
The business pays Santeaim's service fee, not deducted from the clinician's professional fee. Clinicians can ask Santeaim to help coordinate optional invoice funding through Sonovate, separate from the contractual payment deadline. Funding charges and any VAT on those charges reduce the amount received. The actual quote, applicable VAT and net amount must be shown and accepted before proceeding. Funding is subject to eligibility, underwriting and provider approval; Santeaim is not the lender and does not guarantee approval or payment timing.
